outlook 2013 - Error synchronizing folder - imap

I am using IMAP and outlook 2013 and godaddy email account.  I consistently get the following error messages in the sync issues folder(about 50 per day).  The sync process runs long but seems to work fine.  Can anyone explain this error code and if possible how to fix them
