Wordpress Theme and CSS Style Sheet

I am having an odd style issue with a Wordpress theme and I can't contact the theme provider's support desk.
The theme appears to work correctly but as soon as I remove the existing demo logo and add my own logo to the header, the theme seems to loose all it's CSS style settings - for example, the font changes to a default font and whatever settings are changed afterwards, makes no difference to the web page. I have tried resetting to the default settings and this does not make any difference.
Seem to have to delete and re-install Wordpress and the theme to make it work again.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Check demo logo file size and try to set your logo the same size, use same file name and format.

What is the name of the theme you are using?
It's seems that something prevent you using the theme when not in demo mode.

What WP version are you using?
Make sure the theme is compatible with the WP version you are using.

Is the site is local on your PC or Online?

I did try to make the logo the same height as the demo logo size but the demo logo was a portrait style logo and the one I am using is a landscape style logo so the width was bigger

The name of the theme is The7 — Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme purchased from Themeforest

Running WP 3.7.1 - theme is compatible with 3.7

Here is the place to get support for this theme, have you posted your question on this site?
http://support.dream-theme.com/

http://support.dream-theme.com/knowledgebase-category/the7/

check if the path of the script and css are pointing to your installation or on their demo installation. (check the source code of your home page using Chrome or any browser)

Can you provide the url of your site?

Hi

Thanks. When I originally wrote on this forum their support site was down and I was unable to contact them. I have since manage to lodge a support ticket and hopefully will get a response from them soon.

Many thanks for your help
