Are you able to boot the Machine to the Desktop ? if yes thn start the machine in Safe Mode with Networking and thn run a Full Scan of Bitdefender and if it finds any infections just remove it . <br />

The PC boots up normally and runs as it should, only get this issue when shutting down the PC. &nbsp;The thing is that Bitdefender isn't even installed on the PC and has never been installed.
