Hi Buddy,

Are you able to boot the Machine to the Desktop ? if yes thn start the machine in Safe Mode with Networking and thn run a Full Scan of Bitdefender and if it finds any infections just remove it .

Thanks.

No haven't contacted support as the message disappears within seconds before shutting down.

The PC boots up normally and runs as it should, only get this issue when shutting down the PC.  The thing is that Bitdefender isn't even installed on the PC and has never been installed.

I have found the issue and resolved it.
This issue was caused by the installation of Spybot being corrupt.  I downloaded and reinstalled Spybot and now then PC is shutting down properly.
