We have Exchange 2010 and are trying to figure out you can track emails sent to external recipients to the company, when the search fields only seem to allow you to "select" existing users in the company address book.  It won't allow open typing of email addresses to search for in the logs.  this was possible in 2003 SMTP tracking.  Is it possible?

thanks

You should be able to type the recipient address into the search field in the Tracking Log Explorer.
