If you want to filter 10 items using VBA code, the trick is to list them in an array. In the snippet below, for example, I am filtering cells containing the first 10 letters of the alphabet:
Sub Filter10()
Range("A1").AutoFilter 'Turn off any existing filters
Range("$M$1:$M$13").AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:=Array("a", "b", "c", "d", "e", "f", "g", "h", "i", "j"), Operator:=xlFilterValues
End Sub
