Hi,

Without the complete error message I would try to describe the proper steps to do an IMAP Migration with an Gmail account (the procedure may be slightly different but just replacing "gmail.com" domain with your own domain where appropriate).

So, the procedure should be as follows:

1. In the Office365 create an Migration Endpoint - type IMAP and imap.gmail.com as the name of the server.

2. Create an CSV file that will be used for batch migration that should be as the following:
EmailAddress,UserName,Password
user1@domain.onmicrosoft.com,user@gmail.com,UserGmailPass

Instead of @domain.onmicrosoft.com you have to put your Office365 domain and insetead of @gmail.com you should use your Google Apps domain.

3. In Exchange admin center under the migration option you'll have to create a new batch using "Migrate to Exchange Online" option and using the wizard select the CSV file and IMAP endpoint created above.

4. Running the batch you'll receive in the google account an "Suspicious sign in prevented" and you should follow the steps described after the message "If this was you..." - because you'll have to remove the suspicion on your Google account.

5. Now you can restart the batch and the sincronization must be successfull.
