Got a call from my isp stating that one of the computers in my office is generating a lot of spam.

can you let me know how to find out which computer is generating this spam

use wireshark

It will show you list of machines broadcasting traffic

no you can install it on any machine and see
how much traffic is generated from which machine

You can even install anti spam software on your exchange use it as trial version atleast it will let you know which mailbox is generating the maximum spam

TrendMicro and Symantec AntiSpam Appliances are really good
