sharepoint; copy a file from sharepoint to outlook

Hi there,
I would like to know if it is possible to copy a file from sharepoint 2010 to a new email under outlook without create link or save file on pc ?
1 Solution
Yes, a few ways.
Go to a document library and under the library tab select connect to outlook. This will create a shortcut to the library under a node on your folder tree called sharepoint lists.

Open the library in explorer view and copy the url into your 'add attachment' dialogue box.

Go to the file in sharepoint and open the file, go to file-send to email (in the client application e.g. Word or Excel)

There are also 3rd party apps such as colligo email manager that allow you to browse sharepoint files from within outlook
