Cisco 2602I-E AP wont be detected by WLC 2504

2 Cisco 26020I-E AP's connected to the 2504 WLC via a Cisco SF302 PoE switch won't get detected by the wireless controller.
The solution did worked together but the equipment had to be hard reset and since then the AP's dont get detected.

Given below is:
- Running config of the WLC
-Startup log of one of the AP's
-Version of the AP

Unable to run "debug capwap console cli" command on the AP as not been able to get into privileged mode

2504 WLC:

Were these APs re-flashed with a different image?
What images do you have in flash on the APs?

hi diggisaur,
the AP still have the original images- they were just physically reset by holding down mode button and plugging the PoE cable in.
looking at the information above, seems the image is 12.4
if this is not the correct info, let me know how to extract it from the AP. the list of commands available on "ap:" prompt only allows me to run "version" and some other basic commands
I think you may have a corrupt flash. What do you get if you do a DIR FLASH command from the CLI?

You can also try SET BOOT FLASH: and the name of the flash file.

I am thinking you may need to re-flash the device from a TFTP server.
