Symantec System Recovery - Incremental Exchange Backups

Hi.

I'm am currently using Symantec System Recovery 2011 to take a full backup of our Exchange 2010 server every weekend.

We are considering moving the external storage device off-site and connecting over a 10Mb MPLS fibre connection to have access to data in the event of a DR situation.

My question is.
The Exchange server has a 115Gb data store, which I estimate will take 24 hours to create a Full Recovery Point on the external drive located off-site.
If I run Incremental Recovery Points backups of the server each night, will the software try to backup the entire 115Gb Exchange data store, or only the changes that have been made to it?

I would then use the full backup and then the incrementals  to create an up to date Exchange server data store.

Thanks for your time.

It will backup the changes not the full database but will take the logs backup.

Set the incremental backups on daily basis and a full backup every weekend and

if you want can set a differentials every 3 days would be better.
