I am getting this error message. Please avice. Mailbox is active

Do you have this email setup on the local exchange server? You have the domain as an accepted domain? Is this user enabled?

Yes. This user is on the local 2003 server, but I dont see this domain as accepted domain for some reason...WHat  to do advice?

I added accepted domain on the Exchange 2010 server and the email still bounces with the same error. user's mailbox is on 2003 server

if the user's mailbox is on 2003 then i believe you need to add the domain to the 2003 server.

Anyway, there are other users on 2003 that have no problems receiving email.....so this is only one user....

No. Mailbox is not full and user has no problem receiving from onpremise user.....just cant receive from outside
