Do you have this email setup on the local exchange server? You have the domain as an accepted domain? Is this user enabled?

if the user's mailbox is on 2003 then i believe you need to add the domain to the 2003 server.

Anyway, there are other users on 2003 that have no problems receiving email.....so this is only one user....
