I have too much space separating the last line of text from the rest of the data.
How can I get rid of this space?

What caused it?

Hi BT,

The last line got some weird formatting somehow. You can fix it with the format painter.

1. Double-click the shape to get into text-edit mode.
2. Highlight a line of "good" text, say "36.x/24 (Data)"
3. Click the format painter broom icon under Home > Clipboard
4. Highlight the last line of text BUT start on the line before it and start at the end of the line--i.e. start highlighting after the ")" in "30.x/23 (Voice)", then continue on to the next line.

This should fix your paragraph spacing problem.

Hi Visio Guy:

Yeah.  I have NO IDEA how that last line got so oddly formatted.  I was just quietly going along; minding my business.  Typing away when all of a sudden WHAM.  Strange line spacing!

Life is wierd sometimes.

Thanks for your help.  Your solution worked. Problem solved!

The ShapeSheet behind your shape had some really weird #VALUE errors for the last line's font and character attributes. No idea how they got there.
