crystal reports active x control

On some computers in the office when you try to launch a crystal report from internet explorer you get an error message the the crystal report viewer can not create its resource object.
We do not have this issue on all computer and it will work using firefox on every computer.
I ran the reports site as an admin and this did not help.
I tried to unregister and re register the crystal dlls but nothing seems to work

DO the users have permissions in IE to install activex objects?

I was going to the website and opening the report while logged in as an admin and the error still persisted. I was able to download the CR viewer active x and install it before I launched the report web site and this fixed the issue

I had an issue at work and this is now solved, don't really see the point of the question.
it was a browser issue, had no problem with any browser other than IE8 or higher, I manually installed the active x and all was fine.

How do I close this question?
