We have had issue in the past where a user replies to a phish email, there mailbox get compromised and hundreds of email get send from the users mailbox cause one of our servers to get blacklisted.<br />

How we do have a security department that is suppose to be proactive able this type of this but that is another issue.<br />

Anyway is there a way to place a limit on the number of emails a user can send outbound and if that limit is reached an email is sent the the Exchange Administrators?
