Cleaning up a page

I am working out of a bootstrap template.

My primary concern is getting all "panels"/divs to have the same height. i.e. height of coastal and consolidated would be equal to top of coastal to bottom of woodlawn.

I'm happy with the mobile display.

Can I do this with html/css alone?

A secondary concern is adding an unordered list but it demolishes everything.

I will keep this question open for some time to get a lot of input.

Thanks
