How to run 2 programs in a loop

I am trying to figure out how to run a presentation then when it is done run through a few web pages then back to the presentation.

through live websites or just screenshots? You could create a short screencast, then embed it into the presentation and loop that...

I can do the website either live or get the content from the web developer but the presentation system only support jpg images

then do screenshots...

If you want to run live websites, use a taskscheduler or free System scheduler. Setup the presentation for let's say exactly 2 minutes, then right after setup another task running fullscreen website and if there are two different websites, just use different browsers and repeat.
