We have a proprietary CRM/Lead management tool that is the foundation of our productivity workflow. All employees have multiple email accounts that are managed (poorly) through their desktop installation of Outlook. I would like to be able to incorporate a simple email interface (plugin or widget or configurable components) that the employees could use within the Lead Management system so that there are as few "islands of information" as possible. Consulted the Google and the Bing, as well as several EE searches and came up with nothing that meets this need.
Anyone have any ideas before I spend a week pounding out the code myself?
