Can anyone tell me if google analytics tracks all the transactions properly if the ecommerce tracking code has been put on the correct place and fired as soon as the purchase is completed?<br />

I am facing with a weird problem. The timezone on analytics profile and my server are same and ecommerce tracking code is being fired all the time when a purchase is completed, but there is still a discrepancy between the number of transactions in my database and analytics. I am 100% sure the count in database is perfect but analytics always shows less transactions than database. I would say 95%-98% of them are matching and I am wondering where are the remaining ones gone in analytics! <br />
