Create Mail folder for new users on Linux without Cpanel help

Dear Experts,

As we know we can easily create user account for our users with root access.
and I can make the new user directory such as /home/newusers/public_html
for the new users. And then i can setup all http web site access in /usr/local/
apache/conf/httpd.conf file.   Up to this moment we can handle things easily,
and  i don't need any cpanel involvement.

How I can create new email  account and new email folder located at
/home/newuser/mail/newusersite.com  without Cpanel help since it is expired
I just want to do it manually on Linux root shell

Now I just see the newuser email account name at /var/spool/mail after adduser command

Hope you understand my question, set up basiic email stuff for new users without
Cpanel help and make it on Linux shell since my Cpanel is no longer to be used
since its expiration.

Now I am using squirrel mail wbe tools, and in the past Cpanel is using Exim, and
I also can run sendmail command on linux

Please advise

Look at the file /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/createacct

Looks like the syntax is 'createacct <domain name> <username> <password>" but you might want to google that up to be sure.

Hope that works for you.
