Sbs 2011 Update issues

I have various updates on my SBS 2011 R2 machine one of them being sp1, but that just sit in the Updates in Progress section and never seem to be applied.

Any idears

The error that I get when I try to install SP1 is Code 800F0818 windows update encountered an unknown error
