SBS2011 and My Documents seem out of date

Hi All.

We have recently installed SBS2011 at our customers offices and all clients are Win 7 Pro 64bit.

We have had two instances now when a user has opened files in the 'My Documents' or 'Documents' folder and their data is out of date - i.e. they have previously entered data into - say - an Excel spreadsheet (But it has been other items also not just excel) and when they have gone to open it again at a different date, the information in the file is old and not current.

If they re-start their PC and open the same document then the most recent data is now visible.

This seems like a Sync Issue to me.

To confirm some details - on the SBS2011 Server we have client properties (Folders) set to the following:

Enforce Shared Folder Quota - Ticked
Enable Folder Redirection to The Server - Ticked
Enable Folder Redirection Quota - Ticked - Set to 8gb

Any help or insight to this issue would be much appreciated.

Thank you
Regards
Andy

sounds like a connectivity issue, i would disable offline files for all the machines via GPO (2 restarts needed for the client machines after). Also check the PC system log for connection events and report back.
