I am trying to help some fellow email list users for a group of experimental aircraft builders and need some suggestions on server based software.

Goal:
To have a map of users available on the web so we can tell who is based where for help with builder assistance / stopping by during travel, meetings / fly-ins .... etc
Deliverables:
Contact info should be kept behind the web page but accessible (after log-in acceptable)
Minimum admin preferred.
