Displaying hierarchy tree map in group header

Dear,

I have report where a customer hierarchy is used from SAP BW.

I want to show each node with its all upper nodes like a hierarchy tree. I don't know how I can achieve it.

For example, my hierarchy levels as:


Level 1 -> 1
Level 2  -> 1/ 2
Level 3 -> 1/2/3
Level 4 -> 1/2/3/4
....

Please find attached my crystal report 2011 (data saved) and also screen shot showing what I want to achieve.

Hope u can modify my crystal report or provide step by step solution.
