We are experiencing an issue with port 902/903 with our ASA.  It appears that the ASA is blocking

PORT 902 =VMware Server Console (from management console to managed device)
PORT 903 - VMware Remote Console [40]

The ASA is configured to pass all traffic but somehow seems to be blocking console traffic.

Any ideas???

Try manually allowing the ports directly to the IP of VM console and the remote console.
