So, I believe you mean making the rich text area that the admin's type text into match the theme of your site so it is a better What You See Is What You Get on the website editor, i.e. the font size, where it wraps, etc?

CCKEDITOR has a contentsCss you can set to a custom css file: http://docs.cksource.com/ckeditor_api/symbols/CKEDITOR.config.html#.contentsCss

Keep in mind you will likely have to make a special one just for ckeditor instead of just using your websites css file. That is because likely you are using classes such ".contentArea div" or something on your website and those classes won't exist in the editing page where ckeditor exists.
