Does anyone know what this service is running in the screenshot attached..and how do i run this setup for the connector..

The Dynamics Connector is an integration tool for linking Dynamics CRM with other Dynamics products such as GP, NAV.

Are you looking to remove the connector?

This service is running on the live server...im looking to install it on my test servr..do i need to install some sdk, can i have the link to download the same.

I see. If you are a Microsoft Dynamics customer you can download it from CustomerSource http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/customer/en-gb/access-customersource/default.aspx or if you are a partner then from PartnerSource https://mspartner.microsoft.com/en/us/pages/solutions/microsoft-business-solutions-partnersource.aspx

I am unable to find the downloads thru the links but is this below will install crm connector/adaptor?

Did you sign in to CustomerSource or PartnerSource?  After you sign in, search for Connector.

The link you posted is for the CRM Server and not for the connector. I don't think you will find the connector on a public website.
