Helpdesk Software for IT Support Companies

I have been trawling the internet for a helpdesk solution at an affordable price. Our basic criteria is to find a product that offers:
ITIL Compliance
Sage Integration
GFI Max integration
Contract management for multiple support products
Mobile phone app for customers and techs
Asset management
Excellent click of a button reporting

I am partway through the evaluation of NetHelpDesk. Though it ticks a lot of boxes, I have a number of concerns about the responsiveness of their support and the number of errors and connection issues I have experienced during the trial process.

Evaluating these products thoroughly is very time consuming. Does anyone have any extensive experience in this area who is able to give solid advice on a good quality product?

Hopefully this grid can help and agree that what is the contingencies when software gone ineffective and down. Alternative and user response are critical backup. It should balanced out both as technology doesn't help automate and translate all problem easily. What can it offers more...
