Hello Everybody,

I have around 450 PST files of my organization.I want a software to open this PST without using Microsoft Outlook.My main aim to open the PST is to flag few emails and also open attachments in that emails.Please help.

You need a third party tool to do this. There are a few including paid software.  Google for "open pst file without outlook". Here is one freeware software application that might serve your purpose:

I have even bought paid software PST Pro Viewer.But it doesnt give you the option to flag the email.
