Deleting email without Reading

Hello EE,
We have Exchange 2010 SP3
We have user sending email to all users at our premises. Therefore, I need to generate user how many users are deleting his email without reading? Is there any way to get this report.

Just to double check, is the read receipt is giving notification that - Your email was deleted without being read on DATE TIME ?

The user is not attaching the read receipt. Anyhow I will orient the user to add read receipt then there will a chance of generating report as an administrator specifically for the user ( sending emails)

Yes, that is the easiest way to know if the user read the email or not.

Track receipt responses
Open the original message that you sent with a request for a delivery or read receipt. This message is usually located in the Sent Items folder.
On the Message tab, in the Show group, click Tracking.
 
NOTE :-   Tracking doesn’t appear until at least one receipt is received. After you receive the first receipt in your Inbox, it might take several minutes before the Tracking button is available.

That was pretty nice solution. I forgot to know one more thing, which user deleted the mail without reading it ?
