Can you refer me to an example on how I manually bind a stored procedure data source to a formview.   I have to do the following:

The stored procedure requires a Parameter which is the ID selected on a datagrid.

I would like to pass the parameter from the datagrid to the stored procedure
and then Execute the procedure which will populate the formview.

I am using Visual Studio 2005, MS Sql Server 2005

Alright. Tell me when you mention manual binding, you mean to say you will populate FormView using what?

Another link that details things out is here:

Basically your FormView requires an ItemTemplate using which we will show data in a specific format and a DataSource from which we will fetch data.

Chinmay.
