#550 4.4.7 QUEUE.Expired; message expired ##

Hello, I have a problem with my Exchange mail server
A user have the message #550 4.4.7 QUEUE.Expired; message expired ## since thursday on mail with @orange.fr
In the message queue I have this message, the email provider orange.fr tell me that my Ipadress is blacklisted
1But when I check on Internet blacklist, I'm not in :

Do you know a solution to resolve this problem ?

Hi,
You are on blacklists with Barracuda and spamhaus and two other as a spam source;
you need to contact them to find out why they have you blacklisted, and request that they clear the flag for your domain / IP.

and I found that I have a computer infected with cutwail !
now I'll have to find it!
