send mail using mandatory tls using exchange 2010

I want to be able to send mail to a site using mandatory tls, I have an exchange server 2010 what's, I currently send mail using opportunistic tls but I have 1 specific domain that needs to send using this method.

How do I go about this?

Mutual TLS is what you need to configure.

See this guide from Microsoft...

However if you have SSL certificates in place, then you can skip the first two parts connected with certificate request and install and move straight to the list of domains.

Do take careful note of the bit about adding the domains. The list is overwritten each time, so you need to use the script sample from that page to ensure that additional domains are added without removing the old ones.

It cannot be done without using Shell. It is not a setting that is in the GUI.
