Hello, I just started using hyper-v (win server 2012) and want to be able to support end users while I am remote.  Is there a way I can view their session while I am remote or local to the LAN?

Do it the same way you would any other system.  Is there a reason you think you cannot?  I remote control systems all the time with Screen Connect, LogMeIn, and GoToAssist, among others.
