Hi I have a bunch of Q10s and Q5s and a few z10s having issues retainning the passwords for pop email accounts (imap same problems). These devices keep dropping the passwords and the users had to go to email settings and enter the password mannually everytime. I have tried to reenter the email settings from scratch switch smtp/pop mail servers ...the same accounts worked on the 9900s ....anyone aware of this issue ?
