Hello EE,

I have Office 365 and currently am using 2010 Pro Plus.  I tested installing Office 365 Pro Plus with click to run and then uninstalled from Control Panel but I can still launch it under programs.  Is this weird?  Why didn't control panel uninstall remove it?

You can use the fix-it tool if normal uninstall fails:

Am I right to think if using click-to-run have to run remove.xml to uninstall and if install from portal can uninstall from control panel > programs?
