Read/Unread sync issues between exchange server 2010 and iPhone or iPad

Hello there,
For some reason when you read messages in Outlook is not syncing the status of the read message in your iPhone or iPad. Is there any solution you can suggested us?.

Check using OWA.  If OWA reflects Outlook, then the problem is in the iPhone in which case remove the account from the iPhone / iPad and add it back.

If OWA reflects the iPhone / iPad, then delete the .OST file from the computer (with Outlook closed) and then re-open Outlook and let it suck down the mailbox again.
