Hi Friends,

I want to create a sharepoint site for monthly performance review and feedback  for a team of 10 people.I am new to sharepoint and and Server admin guy.Not familiar with sharepoint .I need to create a subsite/Website in Sharepoint for monthly performance of individuals in team.We already have share point setup in place .Below are basic requirements:

1)Each individuals needs to be have a webpage where he can add his monthly performance and manger will add feedback to him for the same on same page

2)Every team member  should not able to see other users webpage

3)We basically only need 3 fields

-A field/space  where user enters his work done in a month
-Afield where Manager will provide him feedback
-Overall rating

4)Manger should be able to see all employee filled data

Do this require coding or can be done by any options in sharepoint? It requires coding?

How much hours it will take?

Kindly advise. Also if you can provide some useful weblinks that may be helpful would be great!!

Regards,
Rtantra

Well from your requirements, there is no coding required - this all sounds like it can be done with a single site, a "custom list" with your three columns, along with modified permissions on each list.

A couple minutes with google or youtube and you can get some direction on how to create lists and modify permissions
