Admin button in Citrix/Xenapp

I know very little about Xenapp, Citrix and WYSE terminals.  I have several users that their start up screen where they log in shows the admin button.  I have one USER ( you know what I mean) that the admin button does not show.  She has two screens and wants the "start" button on the other screen.  I think I could do it IF I could find the admin button that is on all the other WYSE terminal/Citrix log on screens - except hers.  I think this is a Citrix issue and not an issue as much as cross you toes, stick you finger in your ear, and hit alt A.  It's something simple but I've lost patience with it.  Help!

The admin button is more than likely the admin mode on the wyse terminal itself.

Do you have any screen shots of it?  There isnt really an admin button in citrix itself.

It may be easier to reimage the client from another one. Then you should get the admin button back.

Or you could confuse the user and swap the monitor cables.  ;)

User talked her way into a real desktop.  I'll never know the answer.
