Cannot recieve email and active synch also stopped working

HI

I have Exchange 2003 running. After a reboot today, the emails are flowing to the exchange store but are not seen in the Outlook client 2010/2007.

Also the active synch stopped working.


Can anyone advise.

2. and for more detailing to find and resolve the case, here are some check list.

3. and if nothing change, a simple IIS restart will resolve the issue

4. try to check with Active sync tester tool, will give you more detailing information.

5. and finally to check the script to to point out the issue

HI

I had to do a fresh re-installation of Exchange 2013  - so this should be closed.
