We have two portal

http://myportal
http://myportal:8080

Current myportal has been granted to authenticated users. We have a sharepoint user that has been granted to myportal:8080.

Is it possible for to deny share8080 from accessing the page http://myportal ?

Hi,
assuming it is at least Sharepoint 2010, you can simply open central administration site, manage web applications and then create your deny user policy
