We have a XenApp 6.5 farm and user autocreate locally installed printers.

For some reason, we have one user that, upon logging in to the farm, is prompted to install a prnter driver for a printer that she doesn not even have locally installed.

Even if she clicks install..and lets it run through... the prompt returns the next time she logs in to the farm.

We have tried installing the prnter locally and then removing it.  No difference.
We have tried re-creating her citrix profile- still happens.

What would  cause thie behaviour for one user?
The user logs on to the farm with a Win 7 64 bit laptop through the web interface.

The user's server profile maybe corrupt. If you are able, try logging into the Xenapp environment as a different user on that workstation.

re-installed the citrix receiver and the user is no longer getting the prompt.
