Tab container and tabs

I have 2 different VB.NET projects.  Both use the Tab container and tabs.  In one project when I set a particular tab to disabled (Enabled = false) is it disabled and grayed out.  However, in the other project when I do the same, the tab is disabled but it is not grayed out.

Any ideas on this?

Does the both pages in the projects are using same style sheets?

That could be the answer.   What would I look for to find the difference?

Just check the pages for any .css references. If the site is developed keeping standard practices in mind you will find Link tags for corresponding CSS files.
