what I have:
10  xml files ( 1.xml, 2.xml ....)
in a folder on the web hosting server

what I want:
some kind of app/program that will change the file name  every day at specific time the loop back.

for example
change 1.xml to main.xml at specific time
then next day
change 2.xml to main.xml at same time
....
then next day
change 10.xml to main.xml at same time
then next day (back to)
change 1.xml to main.xml at same time

Not sure how to a achieve that

You can write a service, or create a batch file to rename the file and add it to the windows scheduler.
