Outlook asking for smart card

So outlook is asking for a smart card and after uninstalling the KB2553248 I still get this message.

Any help would be helpful thank you.

Firs off -- Is this a new error on a machine that was working fine before or an error on a new install that never worked?

after uninstalling the KB2553248 I still get this message

Do you have KB2597137 or KB 2597011?

I moved from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010 this error never came up before the cut-over happened.
