Change wordpress theme shortcode programmatically

My genius managers decided to change our theme for our wordpress site and the new theme uses a different "shortcode" for tabs so now on every page I have to change:

[tabs style="boxed"]
[tab title="1. People"]

to

[neo_tabgroup]
[neo_tabs title]

Is there a way to programmatically change these codes so I dont have to cut and paste all of them.

Yes, you should be able to search and replace directly in the wp-posts table to change shortcodes.  If SQL queries are not your strong suit, you can try a plugin:
