Question About Adtran Atlas 830

I am using a Adtran Atlas 830 as a PSTN switch for my voice lab. (working on Cisco CCIE Voice) Trying to get it in before the cert is retired mid February.

My question is this. Does anyone know how to configure the Atlas 830 to accept digits on one PRI port and send them out another?

I have 3 sites. (HQ, BR1, BR2) Each has a PRI into the Atlas. When I dial digits that should go to the BR1 site the Atlas sees them and accepts the call but does not forward out the other PRI to BR1.
I need to know how to configure the Atlas to do just that..take digits dialed and accept and forward to the PRI that houses those digits.

example: Phones at HQ 901-202-200X
                 Phones at BR1 408-303-300X
                 Phones at BR2 814444400X

I can dial all of these phones via the WAN with no problem, but using the PSTN is not working because the ATLAS isn't configured correctly.
