Exchange 2013 Reg Key Issue

I have created a test lab.  Updates have been applied to the servers and all servers are Server 2012 Standard R2.  Exchange version is Exchange 2013 Standard.  The PrepAd and PrepSchema completed successfully with no issues.  Ad site has proper subnet input into the site.  The AD account installing this has Schema, Enterprise & Domain Admin.  Domain admins are in the local admin account on the server.  During the install of Exchange it stops at 25% and here is what is in the Logs:
