Hi Experts

We have a blackberry server, the services  do not stop but email delivery fails at random times. When restarting the services the mail delivery works for about 5 minutes and then fails again.

I get event ID 20406 Blackberry controller and error ID 20000 Blackberry Policy service. We are using exchange 2013

You did not mention what version of BES\BDS you are running. If you are running 5, did you review these requirements?

Do you see any errors for 5305 or 5302 in the application log?

The error 20000 is part of a known issue that does not have a work around or resolution.

We had to reinstall BES to get emails working without interruption.
