Visio 2010 - How to add my MACRO to the ribbon or Quick Access Toolbar

I would like to add my macro to the quick access toolbar or ribbon in Visio.  Can't seem to find any way to do this?

Hi John-Charles:

That link you posted provides a solution although it is suicide-inducing in its complexity.  

Have you ever assigned a macro in Excel or Word?  It's a 2 minute process.  

You gave me a legitimate solution and you definitely deserve the points.  However, I must open up another question on the assignation of macros to the Quick Access Toolbar.  Hopefully that is a simpler solution.
