I need very bright solar lighting capable of illuminating a 6 foot by 6 foot sign from the ground up.  Does this exist?  If so, what are the terms to be aware of in finding powerful solar lighting?

The initial cost is high, but the operating cost is less.  I would suggest you check with a local sign company to see what other options might do the job.
